How often should my dog be groomed?
Most breeds benefit every 6-8 weeks. Curly and double coats may need 4-6 weeks. We advise at your first appointment.
Do you groom nervous or elderly dogs?
Yes. We allow extra time, use non-slip tables, and pause when needed. Severe anxiety may start with introduction visits.
What if my dog is matted?
Severe matting may require clipping short for welfare. We discuss options before starting and quote accordingly.
Are puppies welcome?
Yes. Puppy introductions from 12 weeks after vaccinations build positive salon experiences before full grooms.
