We have a two-hour minimum visit covering labour and basic consumables. Multiple small jobs can be combined in one appointment where practical.
Do you do plumbing and electrical work?
We handle minor tasks like tap washers, toilet seats, and replacing fittings. Notifiable electrical work and major plumbing are referred to qualified trades.
Can landlords set up accounts?
Yes. Agents and landlords can request priority slots for tenancy changeovers and responsive repairs with monthly invoicing.
Do you supply materials?
Standard fixings are included. Larger materials are either supplied by you or added to the invoice with receipt copies.
How soon can you attend?
