Do I need gym experience to start?

No. Beginners are welcome. Your consultation covers health history, goals, and a starter programme at your pace.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions run at partner gyms in [City], outdoors on the seafront, or at home with equipment you have available.

How often should I train?

Most clients see best results with 2-3 sessions per week supplemented by walking or home workouts we prescribe.

Do you offer nutrition advice?

Basic habit-based nutrition guidance is included in coaching plans. We do not provide medical diet plans for clinical conditions.
